Responsibilities & Duties:
• Oversee the entire lending process, including the initial application and review, underwriting and the disbursal or denial of the request.
• Examine factors that come into play in deciding whether a credit request is approved -- income, employment history, debt-to-income ratio and information contained in an applicant’s personal credit history report.
• Determine the interest rate on loan application approval, loan term and maximum amount the bank is able to offer.
• Monitoring repayment progress and leading collections initiatives for delinquent accounts.
Responsibilities & Duties:
• Deliver outstanding client service by executing financial transaction in accordance with bank policies and procedures while maintaining an acceptable record in daily drawer balancing.
• Resolve account service issues and respond to client inquires promptly and effectively.
• Preparing Payment & Receipt Vouchers, Coding & Entries in Computer and Filing, Reconciliation, Preparing Day End Journals & Registers.
• Receiving & reporting of utility bills
• Processing of inward & outward clearing and funds transfers
• Full compliance with SBP and other regulatory authorities with emphasis on cash management discipline
Responsibilities & Duties:
• Cash / Cheque payments and receipts
• Sorting and counting of currency notes
• Proactively educate clients on utilizing available access channels (i.e. ATM, Online and Telephonic Banking).
• Opening & Closing of Vault, Handling and Managing Cash, Filing, Reconciliation, Preparing Day End Journals & Registers.
• To handle general administrative tasks or any assignment given by the management.
• Drive efforts in the booth to identify and implement a positive overall client experience.
